Dr Wang's Biography

Dr Wang's Biography

From Darkness to Sight shares the remarkable life journey of Dr. Ming Wang, a world-renowned laser eye surgeon and philanthropist. It is an inspirational story of how one man turned fear, poverty, persecution, and prejudice into healing and love for others.

A: Yes. We need to see you, at Wang Vision (on Tues/Thurs), to perform a thorough eye exam and then determine the best treatment plan. For patients who have strabismus, typically,

-        We perform eye-ball vision procedure, first, to improve the eyesight;

-        We, then, refer to an extraocular eye muscle specialist, to align the muscles, if needed.

The sequence of surgeries as such (i.e., eye-ball vision surgery first, and then extraocular eye muscle surgery second) should be reversed, since, if the extraocular eye muscle surgery is performed first, then, due to the fact the vision is still blurry, the eye ball can go out (or in) again!
