In some patients, the astigmatism is so high (particular in a patient who have had corneal transplant such as you), we have to use a lens-based approach using toric lenses, in addition to corneal treatment, and that lens-based approach is Refractive Lens Exchange, we are an international referral center for that as well, and have also published the world's first major textbook on that as well (see below and here).
