I am so happy I came to Wang Vision Institute. From start to finish the entire staff was so pleasant to work with. From the seminar through all the tests and then the final surgery. It was a pleasant and easy procedure. My only regret was not having it done sooner.
My experience with Dr. Wang was really good. I find him to be very pleasant and polite. In the surgery room, I was totally surprised when he started to pray with me before the surgery. That is something I have never experienced with any doctor. He conducted the surgery in a very calm and reassuring manner. And I got a follow up call that night from Dr. Wang.
Being a creature that researches any invasive or non-invasive procedure, months of reading went into my quest for the best eye surgeon. Dr. Wang was the best candidate on my quest to restore my eyes. My natural assumption when someone claims to be the best is I require proof. It is hard to gather direct proof, but circumstantially, all the articles, reviews, and comparisons resulted in enough proof that he was, in fact, the best. I was very nervous, scared, and excited. The day of the surgery nervousness over rode my excitement. The staff eased my fears. The procedure is one I would recommend to anyone. More importantly, Dr. Wang’s personable and genuine caring manners sold me on the fact that he is a doctor who not only is extremely sincere in his patient’s outcome, but his intelligence in providing the best in this field is the best. For anyone frightened about Lasik, Dr. Wang is the doctor to see. Extremely patient staff and an advanced technological environment paves the way for an outstanding experience.
WVI has consistently provided great care throughout my PRK process. I had direct phone numbers and emails that were returned ASAP answering any questions I may have. Dr. Wang’s curriculum vital speaks for itself, but right before he started surgery he stopped and prayed with me. I had said many of my own prayers prior but the fact that he did it with me meant SO MUCH. He was also so positive throughout the whole treatment and reassured me it was okay. And then, the night of surgery he called to make sure I was doing okay and remind me of my appointment the nest day. Every member of WVI had been super incredible to work with. I am so happy I chose Wang Vision Institute!
What a wonderful experience! I feel that I have been in the best hands and at the best facility for restoring my eyesight back to almost perfect vision. The staff and the doctors were so thorough and answered all my questions. Dr. Wang and his whole staff have and will continue to be a blessing in my life. I will refer Dr. Wang & Wang Vision Institute to the whole world, at least all who I have any conversation with!
The staff is so friendly and helpful. Dr. Wang is amazing. He explained everything in detail. He even called me personally the night after my surgery to check on me. WOW!
I really enjoyed the whole experience with Wang Vision. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. Surgery went great! I can see clearly now! My glasses are gone.
The experience was great! Everyone was nice and I felt like I was being taken care of. I was very nervous coming in but after all the testing and the people, I felt at ease. The greatest experience I’ve had here was in the surgery room. Everyone comforted me and kept the atmosphere positive and relaxing. Most of all, I loved that Dr. Wang prayed over me and the procedure before starting. Overall the experience was great and I’m so glad I came here! Dr. Wang is the best!
I have only good things to say about my experience at Wang Vision Institute! From the reception staff to the eval. staff and doctors, I have been treated with kindness and respect. The quality of care and treatment that has been provided to me by the entire WVI team has been excellent. Throughout my experience in hospitals and with medical professionals I have never had such a favorable experience such as the one I have had with the WVI team. The staff here is amazing! They are all very professional, knowledgeable, and have extreme confidence in Dr. Wang. I came in contact with Priscilla, Christin, Suzanne, Haley, Dr. Megan Blemker, Scott, Andrew, and Dr. Wang’s assistant in surgery who I unfortunately don’t remember his name due to how nervous I was. I appreciated greatly Dr. Wang’s prayer before surgery. I was terrified but everyone was so reassuring. I had a little discomfort but woke up pain free and able to see both my baby’s faces. I truly appreciated Dr. Wang’s personal phone call the evening after surgery. You can tell he truly cares for his patients.
