Dr. Wang is a great surgeon as well as a great human being. He is very well known as the go to eye surgeon for the stars in Nashville, Tn. In spite of his notoriety, Dr. Wang is one of the most approachable and humble people we’ve ever met!
Dr. Wang and his team were excellent during my cataract surgery. I was anxious but everything went so smoothly and I was pleasantly surprised at how painless it was. Dr. Wang was reassuring and even and even prayed for me before surgery.

I am very pleased with my new vision. I drove home from church last night and I was amazed at how well my night vision had improved. My husband usually drives on trips, because my night vision has been so poor. Now, I’m excited I can take over the wheel. We will be able to share driving! I have been wearing glasses and contacts for about 10 years. In the last 5 years, contacts have led to severe migraines, so I have resorted to wearing glasses full time. Today I drove to my post-op appointment less than 24 hours after LASIK and I can see! I was able to drive with sunglasses, which doesn’t seem like a big deal until you can’t. Despite my anxiety about LASIK, Dr. Wang, Dr. Zimmerman, Ashley, James, and the entire staff at WVI made me feel comfortable and the procedure was pain free! Today I read at 20/15! So thankful for Dr. Wang and his amazing team!
